Gestion des dechets non biodegradables dans la commune de Bulengera a Butembo- rdCongo-

Nos investigations se sont bornées sur la problématique de la gestion des déchets non biodégradables en ville de Butembo : cas de la commune de Bulengera. Après administration de notre questionnaire d’enquête auprès de 100  personnes qui ont constitué notre échantillon dans la réalisation de ce travail, nous nous sommes rencontré devant les résultats portant sur divers points relatifs à la gestion des déchets dans cette entité.

Les principaux résultats  obtenus élucident à suffisance que la population de la commune de Bulengera a quand même un niveau de perception d’une bonne gestion de ces déchets assez bon en dépit de certaines failles que regorge l’entité en matière d’assainissement.

Toutefois, au lieu de faire une collecte systématique de ces DNB, certains habitants trouvent solution en les jetant par-ci par-là ; soit dans les rues, soit dans les ruisseaux et certains cas nous montrent qu’ils sont laissés traînés dans des parcelles.

En effet, la notion de recyclage par retraitement qui est devenue monnaie courante dans le monde occident n’a été reconnue que par un faible taux de notre échantillon. Or, notre milieu d’étude étant une  zone urbaine, la revalorisation de ces DNB possède jusqu’ici une ampleur sombre ; et cela constitue un caractère dangereux.

Il serait donc nécessaire que les  équipes d’assainissement renforcent leurs méthodes de vulgarisation en apprenant à la communauté locale la manière d’une utilisation et revalorisation de ces déchets car cette technique possède de nombreux avantages tant environnementaux que économiques.

Our investigations are focused on the problematic of the management of unbidegradable wastes in Butembo city: case of Bulengera district. After the administration of inquiry towards hundred people that have constituted our sample so that the actual study happens, we opposed (faced) to various point related to the management of wastes in the concerned area and had fund the following outcomes:

The major results obtained by sufficient facts show (prove) that the population of Bulengera district has a certain level of a good managing the waste despite of some failure from the assainisment of wastes of the area.

However, instead of doing the systematically collection of these unbiodegradable wastes, some householders realized to throw them here and there, or to throw them in the streets or in the streams and some cases prove that they are fund in the open air in the compounds.

In fact, the notion of recycling by retraitment that has been the most current activity throughout the western world one has been known by a low rate of our sample. Besides, our studying field remaining a town site, the revalorisation of these wastes has got an unclear sight, and this form a dangerous characteristic.

Then it would be necessary that the assainisment group reinforce their methods of sensitization by training the local communities the manner of utilisation and revalorisation of these wastes; for this technique has got many environmental as well as economical advantages.
